A: We have a strict quality control system, including 100% aging testing before packaging. Third-party inspections are also welcome. We prioritize quality from raw materials to the final product.

A: Usually via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. For bulk orders, we ship by air or sea. Available terms include EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, and DAP.

A: Deliverable products are usually manufactured within 30-45 days after design confirmation. Neutral products with neutral packaging may have shorter lead times.
