Yes, we are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer with more than 10 years of export and production experience. We have our own factory and provide customize material, brand logo, and package box services.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for customization is 500-1000 units. If you accept natural packaging and existing products in stock, the MOQ can be less than 100 units.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a strict quality control system, including 100% aging testing before packaging. We monitor the entire process from raw materials to the final product and welcome third-party inspections.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We recommend Trade Assurance, and also accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and Cash. D/P, D/A, and L/C are also acceptable terms.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
We usually deliver within 25-45 days after design confirmation. The lead time depends on the order size and factory scheduling, but we always strive to minimize wait times.
Which shipping methods do you use?
For samples, we use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. Bulk orders are shipped by air or sea based on your demand. We support various terms including EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, and CIF.
